       這款風機可非標定制耐高溫、防腐、防爆等！因此客戶在選型階段要確認清楚使用工礦！機殼材質：吸料風機采用*度壓鑄鋁，壓鑄鋁與奔馳汽車輪毅相同鋁材，相對于普通鋁合金來說，壓鑄鋁更堅固，相對于鐵殼風機，更有輕量化的作用。電機性能：吸料風機采用中國臺灣電機，電機是一款寬頻，寬壓電機，電機頻率可45-75HZ調頻，IP55防護等級 F級絕緣等級，其是國內電機達不到的工藝，深受國內外客戶青睞。

    高效率、低能耗旋渦風機在高壓力范圍有較保守的設計，可靠性高旋渦風機除葉輪外，無其它動件，并采用世界NSK,SKF高速軸承，更能保證風機工作，壽命幾乎免維修；低震動旋渦風機的機械精密度高，回轉部件均經過CNC加工中心加工，極精密之平衡設計、測試、校正、震動率很低；低噪音旋渦風機進出風口皆有內藏式消聲器，降低運轉噪音；結構堅固旋渦風機采用ANDC12壓鑄鋁性壓鑄而成，有別于一般鋁殼或鐵殼之風機，更堅固耐用。

1、風機設置時應避開多灰、腐蝕性氣體、大濕度、太陽直射及風吹雨淋的環境，風機周圍地面應保持整潔。風機配套電動機對周圍環境要求較高。往往會應為上述原因而降低其性能，故應特別注意。

1. When setting up the fan, it should avoid environments with high dust, corrosive gases, high humidity, direct sunlight, and wind and rain. The ground around the fan should be kept clean. The matching motor of the fan has high requirements for the surrounding environment. Often, its performance may be reduced due to the aforementioned reasons, so special attention should be paid.

2、風機設置在室內時.房屋的結構應較為寬敞，且留有足夠寬、高的門，便于風機的移動和運輸。

3、風機周圍須留有足夠的空間，以便在風機運轉時.人員能白由走動，并且能滿足日常維護保養的需要。

4、大型風機的安裝地點.皮考慮留有可放置上機殼、轉子、進氣箱、調節門等配件以及能進行配、拆卸、維修等作業的空間。風機采用帶傳動，還需考慮電動機找正及更換帶輪的空間。

5、在確定風機的布局時.不僅要考慮風機本身的安裝空間，還需預留進出口管路、閥類、原動機的布線、供油裝置、冷卻裝置以及油和水的連接管路的布置空間.

6、在同一地點設置多臺風機時.應充分考慮風機間的相互間隔、布局等、避免風機運行時產生相互影響.

7、對于大型、較重的風機.應裝備有吊車、電葫蘆等起吊裝置;中小型風機根據其用途，如葉輪需要經常更換等，亦滿配備一般的起吊裝置。
